We made the long journey from JFK to Kathmandu with excitement, a few nerves and a bit of exhaustion. We spent our hours learning about each other, playing a fun scavenger hunt game, sleeping, eating and watching movies. It was clear from the beginning that we had a close nit group. We arrived late at night to Kathmandu without any difficulties or lost bags! The pouring rain was welcoming after our journey. We went to sleep in anticipation of waking up in this magical place.
