We arrived in Kathmandu late last night and were so excited to finally be all together as a whole group. After a late-night snack of momos and fried rice at our guesthouse, we fell into a deep and needed slumber. There’s nothing quite like falling asleep to quiet rain, at a monastery, in an exhilarating country like Nepal.

We had a full, fun, tiring-in-a-good-way first day today and will write more about it tomorrow!
